The challenge
A Manchester-based SaaS startup had outgrown their Webflow site — slow page loads, no design system, no SEO architecture, no way to publish without a developer. They needed a complete redesign and replatform to Next.js without losing 18 months of SEO equity.
Our solution
ClickTake ran a full content + URL audit, mapped 240 URLs to their new equivalents, shipped 301 redirects, and rebuilt the site on Next.js 16 + Tailwind 4 + shadcn/ui with a living design system in Figma. We preserved all schema markup, added new Service and FAQPage schemas, and improved Core Web Vitals from amber to green across the board.
Results
Site shipped on schedule with zero SEO equity lost. LCP dropped from 4.2s to 1.1s. The marketing team can now publish new pages without engineering involvement.
