Northwind had a working B2B SaaS MVP but could not scale engineering in-house fast enough. They needed to ship an analytics platform with GPT-powered insight summaries, role-based access and real-time data pipelines — without losing their existing customers in the transition.

Our solution

We shipped the analytics platform with multi-tenant data isolation, RBAC, audit logs, GPT-4o-powered insight summaries (with evals and guardrails), and real-time data pipelines on Postgres + pgvector + Cloudflare Workers.
